Shipping policy

We don’t mess around when it comes to getting your order out.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking info.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Estimated delivery times: * U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days * International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Delays can happen—once it leaves our hands, it’s up to the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If your tracking says delivered but you don’t have it, check with your local carrier or neighbors first.

Incorrect Addresses:

Make sure your shipping info is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Issues:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
